I went to a great lecture yesterday: What's New in EyeCare. It was moderated by my good friend Dr. Peter Shaw-McMinn, and featured doctors Mark Dunbar, Kirk Smick, Jack Schaeffer, and Kelly Kerksick. It has some great information about ocular surface disease, aberrometry & wavefront contact lenses & ophthalmic lenses, and AMD. I learned more about a new organization educating optometrists on ocular surface disease that I plan to join: OSSO. I look forward to seeing many of my friends in Las Vegas for Vision Expo West.
